Overview

Portfolio and Resource Management manages all work as projects. Projects may be outgrowths of programs and strategies, and in some organizations work is a type of outcome. This flexibility allows organizations to manage their processes however works best for them.

All work is managed as projects in Portfolio and Resource Management. This allows my organization to easily manage the work from initiation to completion and access a wide range of analytics and reports.
