Auto Import for AgilePlace Roadmap items is now generally available. Planview Roadmaps for Enterprise users can configure filters once so matching AgilePlace cards are found for their roadmap -- either for review, or to add automatically. See Configuring auto import of AgilePlace Items for more information.

Planview Roadmaps now supports secondary grouping. Users can add a second grouping in the updated Grouping modal for a more detailed roadmap view. Secondary grouping options depend on the primary grouping selected. For example, AgilePlace primary grouping attributes supports only AgilePlace and Roadmaps secondary grouping attributes, but not Portfolios; the same pattern applies to Portfolios-based primary grouping.

Items imported from AgilePlace can be filtered and grouped by assignees and tags.

Grouping by objectives of Roadmap items imported from AgilePlace now supports multiple parent objectives. Where a hierarchy of OKRs exists, a group is created for each level of objectives.

When a roadmap item is selected in the item list in the left panel, the timeline scrolls to display the selected item.

Roadmaps widget – When dates for an item that includes Portfolios milestones are changed by dragging the item and the date differences are updated, the orange bar remains.

Roadmap items imported from AgilePlace now include predicted, optimistic, and pessimistic dates.

This feature requires Planview Viz to be enabled on Planview Admin.

Roadmap items imported from AgilePlace now include the Assignees and Tags fields from the cards and their values. The fields are displayed on the Details panel for the items.

Milestones imported with Portfolios items:
- When a Portfolios item that has milestones is imported, icons to represent the milestones are displayed on the item bar on the timeline.
- Users can view the tooltip that displays the name and date of a milestone by pointing to its icon.
- Users can view more milestone details by clicking the name of the milestone on the tooltip.
- When there are multiple milestones with the same date, a single icon is displayed with the number of milestones it represents and pointing to the icon displays the names and dates of each milestone.

Milestones imported with Portfolios items – milestones are now automatically displayed on the timeline when the associated item is imported. Users do not have to manually enable each milestone to be displayed.

Planned start date of roadmap items can be changed on the timeline by dragging the left side of the item

Milestones table – The sort order of the milestones in the table on the details panel is saved when the user accesses another item or roadmap, and when the user closes Roadmaps.

Roadmap timeline – Five-year timescale option added to display the timeline in intervals of five years.

Medium date format has been applied to all date fields. The format consists of the first three letters of the month, followed by the day and year as follows: Jan 01, 2026.
Sorting of dates has been fixed.
