My Timesheets widget
Description
The My Timesheets widget displays the status of your timesheets.
The My Timesheets widget can display up to 12 previous time periods and contains the following information related to your timesheets:
- Period
- Status
- Total hours
- Signed by
- Signed date
- Approved by
- Approved date
- Disapproved by
- Disapproved date
The My timesheets widget is available for use in Planview.Me, and in Planview Portfolios in the Overview tab on My Overview.
TIP

Available functionality
- You can sort the data in the columns in ascending or descending order by clicking a column header by which you want to sort.
- You can change the order in which columns appear by clicking and dragging each column to the desired position.
NOTE
The Period column cannot be moved from its default location.
- You can navigate directly to a timesheet in Planview Portfolios for a specific period by clicking the relevant date in the Period column.
- If time periods are displayed, a Go to My Timesheets hyperlink becomes available at the bottom of the widget. Clicking this hyperlink opens a new browser tab and navigates to the relevant timesheet screen associated with the logged in user.
Configuration settings
NOTE
Your administrator can only add one instance of this widget per board/view.

The columns displayed in the widget. You can click and drag columns to the order in which you want them to appear. You can also remove columns you don't want to see by clicking
