How can I perform a clean reinstall of the document app?

If your document app is not running correctly, and the steps described here did not resolve it, you can try reinstalling it:


Windows

  1. Uninstall Projectplace for Windows
  2. On your keyboard, press the Windows key + R
  3. Paste the following text: %appdata% and click OK
  4. Find the folder Projectplace and delete it
  5. Restart the computer
  6. Install the latest version of Projectplace for Windows from our Download center.

 

Mac

  1. Uninstall Projectplace for Mac
  2. In Finder, click Go
  3. Press and hold the alt key on your keyboard
  4. Click the new menu item Library
  5. Open the Application Support folder
  6. Find the Projectplace folder and delete it
  7. Restart the computer
  8. Install the latest version of Projectplace for Mac from our Download center.

 

If you log in via Single sign-on or two-step verification is activated for your user account, you will need an app password.
