How do I stop email notifications?

You can choose which email notifications and information emails you would like to receive.

It is, however, not possible to stop all email notifications. Some notifications are received by default, whilst others can be enforced by an administrator.

To change notifications settings: 

  1. Click on your avatar/initials located at the top right of the navigation bar. 
  2. Select Settings
  3. Click on Notifications
  4. Choose the notifications you wish to receive for each respective workspace:
    • Conversations
      • Get e-mail notifications about comments you started or have been involved in, or when someone mentions you, All members or another group you are in. 
      • Deselect to only receive email notifications when you are mentioned directly with your name.
    • Daily report 
    • Weekly report
    • Recommendation mail (Projectplace news and tips)
  5. Click Save 

You can also define which events you would like to include in your daily reports.
