My Teams in the Android App

The tool My Teams is now available within the Android app. In the app you will be able to view details about the team, all their assignments and be able to accept/reject assigments sent to the team. Later this will also be available in the iOS ProjectPlace app. 

Deprecating Zoom Online Meetings

Starting from February 21, 2024, we will discontinue the support for online Zoom meetings in ProjectPlace. No substitute service will be provided.

All existing online meetings will be turned into in-person meetings, users will be notified with an updated email for each online meeting that occurs after Feb 21, and Zoom links will no longer be functional.

After February 21, 2024, meetings scheduled after this date will be converted to offline meetings.

Set Frequency of Receiving Email Notifications

A new setting is available: you can now activate email summarizations based on an hour or day cadence instead of real time email notifications. For additional information see this article. This setting gives users more control of the amount of emails that they are receiving.
