New refresh option added to Board Sentiment Widget in Planview.Me

An option to "refresh" the sentiment scoring on the Board Sentiment Widget has been added.

Previously, the refresh was happening automatically once in 24 hours when the user visited the view.
Now, along with the 24 hour refresh, a user can manually refresh when they need to.
