Work portfolio based report that counts and categories milestones across the portfolio. Milestones are categorized according to a milestone type (for example, Governance Milestone, Project Milestone) and grouped as either On Time/Early or Late, compared to the active schedule baseline or as Dates Not Set, meaning they have not been planned.

Data is based on scheduled/actual and baseline dates for milestones in the project schedule.
A milestone will display as Late if the date is later than the current active baseline date.
A milestone will display as On Time if the date is on or earlier than the current active baseline date.
There is no tolerance setting for determining late or on-time milestone.

Description
Filter Milestones By:
This parameter provides the ability to filter the milestones returned by a Milestone attribute. The options for selections should be any below PPL work alternate structure that is used to categorize and classify milestones into “types.”
The selection will drive the available values in the Filtered Value(s) Parameter.
Filtered Value(s):
This parameter provides the ability to select the values to filter Milestones on from the Filter Milestones By attribute selected above.
The report will default to all values of the Filter Milestone attribute.
Stack By
This parameter determines the attribute that will be used for stacking in the bar chart.
Group Milestones By:
This parameter provides the ability to group milestones by an attribute.
Appears as the first column in the table, grouping by the values and as the X axis category in the chart. Can be any activity level single select work alternate structure.
Detail Table Format
This parameter determines whether the table is formatted with groups and sub totals or plain for export to Excel
