Creating Fields

The Fields & Mapping page (click [Info] for the request type) displays the fields for a request type. After you create a request type, you create the fields that comprise the request type. You can also map fields from the request to the newly created requested item.

Creating Fields

Each field must be created individually.

  1. Navigate to Admin/Setup/All Entities/Requests/Types.
  2. Click the [Info] link for the request type.
  3. Click the Fields & Mappings link, then choose Menu > New Field.
  4. Fill out the dialog by referring to Request Type Field Set-up for reference information about creating the field.
