Adding users to a scoring team

Role: User with administrative  privileges.

A scoring team is a group of users that may be given special scoring privileges and can be placed on teams to score project or requests meeting certain criteria. You can assign these users the following permissions:

  • Can set scoring profile - The user can assign a scoring profile to a project or request.

  • Can score any project - The user can score any project. A user with this permission does not need to be assigned to a project scoring filter team.

  • Can score any request - The user can score any request. A user with this permission does not need to be assigned to a request scoring filter team.

  • Can lock scores - The user can lock a score.

You are not required to give users any of the above permissions. Note that if a user does not have permission to score a project or request, that user must be on a scoring filter team to be able to score a project/request. See About scoring teams and permissions for more information.

To score a project, you must have at least one user on the scoring team. Once have a team, you can modify their permissions and send email to the entire team.
