Depending on your role in your organization, you may be responsible for creating, approving, or scoring a request.
Navigate to Home/Requests and clear the filter to see all submitted requests that you own, or that do not have an owner and that are:
in a gate where you are a gate approver/gate approval team member
at final approval where you are a final approver/final approval team member
Double-click on a request to display its Basic Info tab in the Request Information dialog. From there you can perform a variety of tasks. See Request Basic Info tab for more information.
Navigate to Home/Requests and use the +Requests I Can Approve filter to display a list of requests awaiting your approval. Click on a request to display the Request Information dialog, where your options will vary depending on a variety of factors. See Requests Basic Info tab for more information. Once a request is approved, its requested item can be created. See Creating Requested Items for more information.

Navigate to Requests to see a list of:
all requests that you own, or that do not have an owner but are in a gate where you are a gate approver/gate approval team member
all requests, regardless of what gate they are at, where you are a final approver/final approval team member
all requests are that are displayed to members of the Admin Organization team
Acting on a Request
To perform an action on a request, you double-click on a request to bring up the Request Information dialog shown below. You can move between tabs regardless of where you started.
Note that you will see the Scoring tab only if you are working with a request type that allows scoring. Also, the set of buttons will change depending on the status of the request and where it is in the approval process.
