Editing and Deleting Requests

  1. Navigate to the Requests tab or Home/Requests.
  2. Open the request you wish to edit/delete by double-clicking the request or selecting it and choosing Actions > Open.
  3. On the Basic Info tab, select the Edit or Delete button. Note that the actions available are depending on your permissions. For example, if the request has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted and there will be no Edit or Delete button present. However, notes and attachments can be made even after the request is submitted. If you are a Gate approver, then you can edit/delete a request even after it has been submitted.
  4. Edit the desired request data or confirm the delete.
  5. Click Save.
