Request Notes

The Notes tab is where you can add additional information about a request. You can use this as a way to communicate with other members of the approval team. Once you can create a note, other users can view it, or reply to it to create a threaded conversation.

To create a note

  1. Click the New button.
  2. (Required) Enter a title for the note
  3. Enter the note text.
  4. Click Save.

You will see the note listed in Notes window. To reply to a note, click the Reply button.
