Course Description

Account Administration training for Planview ProjectPlace is an immersive, interactive class that teaches administrators the best-practice methods, skills, and techniques for efficient management of the ProjectPlace environment.

This course provides the skills needed to perform the daily and weekly maintenance necessary to keep the system current and running, set up and manage users and teams, monitor workspace activity and storage, review account statistics, and manage incoming workspace requests. This allow you to ensure the ProjectPlace environment meets the needs of your user community.
