Planview Hub Cloud upgrades are normally scheduled based on the most recent branch version and successful build and typically occur the first week of each month.

Hub Cloud upgrades will not be scheduled during working hours and based on the hosts location, maintenance will take place during the following hours:

• North America: 9:00am - 11:00am UTC
• Europe: 5:00pm - 7:00pm UTC

Note: You will receive a 48-hour notice before your instance is upgraded.
