Use the My Account Dropdown to Update Your Attributes


This article shows team members how to view and update, if applicable, their resource attributes.

Keystroke Steps


Some key attributes are tracked for each user in Portfolio and Resource Management. Sometimes these attributes are updated by the Administrator, sometimes by resource managers, and sometimes by the users themselves. To review and/or update your own attributes use My Account.

  1. From the Banner select My Account  icon_my_account.png (Figure 1).
  2. Select My Attributes.
  3. This goes to your resource’s Resource View screen (Figure 2). Select Update in any section you have access to.
  4. Make changes, such as a new phone number, or an image, if you have permission to add one.
  5. Select Save.
