Define the Asset Model Structure

Summary

The Asset Model Structure (AMS) establishes the primary hierarchy used to explicitly describe assets applicable to application and service portfolio management.

The goal of the Asset Model Structure (AMS) is to establish the primary hierarchy used to explicitly describe assets applicable to application and service portfolio management.  The AMS establishes a structure and vocabulary to represent the asset elements and the relationships between those elements. This structure then becomes the skeletal composition that ultimately relates to all other Application Portfolio Management information.
