Tip!

Resolving competing priorities and resource issues should be discussed with the project manager. The project’s work breakdown structure could have relationships or constraints that are affected by a resource manager’s changing resources, resource start or end dates, or Allocation %.

Tip!

You may also have tiles available on the Portfolio View that assist in identifying blockages, such as Free Capacity, Overloaded Resources, etc. Available tiles differ depending on your Planview Enterprise implementation.
