Implementing Agile in Planview Enterprise


Planview’s Agile functionality is built for a standard best practice Agile installation, using a common sprint schedule across the organization (with the ability to define several variations), and using story points to track progress. As such, it is streamlined for ease of use. If your needs vary from this standard setup, Planview Enterprise has robust integration capabilities with tools like JIRA, IBM’s Rational Team Concert®, and more. When integrating with other Agile tools, Planview Enterprise addresses the resource management and portfolio alignment functions, whereas other standalone Agile tools do not. This best practice assumes you are using Planview Enterprise as your primary Agile solution, and explains basic concepts of using and setting up Planview Enterprise for Agile.
