Defining Asset Properties and KPDs

In order to track the value of organizational assets, it is important to define and capture the relevant properties and Key Performance Dimensions (KPDs) of the asset.

Key Performance Dimensions

The fundamental enabler for portfolio assessments is the ability to assign value ratings to assets that are then used to establish relative rank and allow comparison within the portfolio. Key Performance Dimensions (KPDs) establish the framework that supports this capability and allows the PRISMS portfolio assessment approach, which makes use of weighted multi-attribute models for computation.
