We are deploying the following enhancements to Daptiv PPM on Friday, November 22, 2019. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, Monday 18, 2019. During this release, Daptiv PPM will be unavailable for a short period. The next Daptiv PPM Release is December 6, 2019.

For detailed information about these and all PPM Features, see the PPM Online Help

Notable Fixes

“Always map to” option not honored in cross-reference fields
We fixed an error which caused cross-reference fields in Dynamic Applications (DA) to return data they were not set to return. When the “Always map to” option is enabled, DA cross-reference fields are only supposed to return data from a specific workspace. Instead, they were returning data from every workspace associated with the DA. With this release, this error no longer occurs.

Blank member fields block copy and pasting DA items
This release also includes a fix for an issue where blank member fields prevented users from copying and pasting DA items, even when the member field was not required. Users could work around this issue by selecting a value for the field. Now, a blank member field will not stop users from copying and pasting DA items, unless the member field is required.

Unable to add multiple DA Items with approvals enabled
The final fix included in this release resolves an issue that prevented users from creating multiple DA items through the Create Item Wizard. When the “Submit for Approval” option is checked, it could make the Continue button disappear and disable the remaining buttons at the bottom of the wizard. This issue no longer occurs and users can create multiple DA items while submitting them for approval.
