PPM Enhancements for February 28, 2020
We are deploying the following enhancements to Daptiv PPM on Friday, February 28, 2020. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, February 24, 2020. During this release, Daptiv PPM will be unavailable for a short period. The next Daptiv PPM Release is March 13, 2020.

New Enhancements
New Toggle for Pick List Option Visibility
This release fulfills a long-standing request from the Idea Greenhouse: a toggle for the visibility of pick list options. Rather than simply deleting or replacing pick list options, Administrators can now turn options on or off, preventing them from being selected but leaving them visible in historical entries. Notable PPM Fixes
Incorrectly entered dates crash the Resource Utilization page
We fixes an issue where incorrectly dates can cause an error on the Resource Utilization page in Team Manager. If a user entered a date that does not match their culture setting, it would cause an error when they attempted to save their changes. Now, users are prompted to edit incorrect date entries before they can save.
Notable Changepoint Analytics Fixes
Creator and Item Number fields cause errors in Dashboards
Creator and Item Number fields in Dynamic Application (DA) were causing errors when used with Changepoint Analytics’ Dashboard feature. With this release, DA Creator and Item Number fields can be added to Dashboards without issue.
Report tab View Menu updated
Changepoint Analytics does not support viewing reports in Excel 2002 format. The view menu for the Reports tab PPM has updated to remove the Excel 2002 option.
