PPM Enhancements for July 2, 2021
We are deploying the following enhancements to Changepoint PPM on Friday, July 2, 2021. This post is designed to help you understand how new and enhanced features can improve your PPM experience, and to guide you in making decisions about how to configure those features (if applicable). To facilitate training and testing ahead of this release, the features below will be deployed in Sandbox environments on Monday, June 28, 2021. The next Changepoint PPM Release is July 16, 2021.

In addition to the fixes below, this release contains various background improvements that lay the groundwork for future enhancements. They should not have an impact on your current Changepoint PPM experience.
Notable PPM Fixes
GUID displayed when member is removed from a workspace
We fixed an issue where removing a member from a workspace would cause that member’s GUID (a unique alphanumeric identifier) to appear in workspace member fields in place of the member’s name. This issue primarily affected status fields and could be seen in the Update Status window. This issue no longer occurs and member fields will continue to display their previous value in Workspace details and reports until the field is edited. When the workspace or status is edited, the member field appears blank if the member was removed from the workspace.
