Can I report against Non-Project Work?

Non-Project Work that has been added to a timesheet with hours recorded can be added to a report. Otherwise, it is not available for reporting. The location of the data items are below:

Time Tracking folder -> Work Entry -> add Work Type and Work Item Name.
