YOUR single point of contact

Technical Account Management – Planview Planview will assign your organization a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who serves as the single point of contact for all support activities including escalation, performance, reviewing new product enhancements, and account-specific testing for product releases.

Proactive Care – As a long-term partner, our TAM will also provide an expert resource who can assist with solutions, mitigate risk, and escalate issues directly to the development team. They will meet with your organization regularly to review technical blockers and work directly with the product team to help triage and solve issues. 

Guidance as you need it - Our TAM will advise both customers and Planview Professional Services Consultants on technical architecture, optimizing performance, and technical constraints with a deep holistic understanding the organization-specific environment.
