Email alerts for ChangePoint appear to have changed from “by task” to “by resource"

Since v2012, my email alerts for ChangePoint appear to have changed from “by task” (e.g. all people with time to approve for a task) to “by resource”, it was not the case in v2010, is it normal ?


Requirements from a lot of our customers for this email notification to be grouped by Resource and not by Task anymore, and this change was introduced in v2012.

If you think you get too many emails, one option is to disable this email notification.
Please note that approvers will get notifications in their Changepoint reminders nevertheless.

Another suggestion would be to customize this functionality to revert back to a behaviour similar to what you had in v2010.
