RMW views and filters - cannot get rid of "no values" and "blank fields"

Project Worksheet (PW) and Resource Management Worksheet (RMW) referenced in this article are based on Silverlight technology and are no longer available as of Changepoint 2020

QUESTION:
When using RMW views and filters - cannot get rid of "no values" and "blank fields" ? Why ?

ANSWER:
When the view is grouped, dummy ‘no value’ categories are used. If the view is not grouped, no dummy categories are used and thus you would see blanks.

A ‘no value’ indicates a resource with no demand, which is still shown, even when the demand is filtered for > 0. In other words, there is no way to filter ‘resources with demand only’.
