Where to copy the accelerator images 'Gantt Images.zip'? (2014)

QUESTION

For installing the Changepoint Cognos accelerator reports, there is a file 'Gantt Images.zip'. How does it need to be installed?

 

RESOLUTION

Please unzip the files from the zip file and copy them into a specific folder on the Cognos application tier web server and each Cognos gateway server:

 ../samples/images (full default path: C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\c10\webcontent\samples\images).

If the \samples\images folder does not exist under the Cognos ‘webcontent’ folder, it must be created.
