QUESTION

What access is required for a user running a report to see task assignments in that report?

ANSWER

The user needs to have access to that task assignment, i.e. he must be able to see the assignment in the user interface in Changepoint Enterprise in the project tree view (being able to enter time is not sufficient).

Feature wise, the minimum requirement is to have the feature 'View Project'.
