Does the report "Engagement contract vs billed and unbilled and planned" provide information about planned fixed fees?

The "Engagement contract vs billed and unbilled and planned" report is a Cognos Accelerator report that uses data that is calculated by the nightly job "Financial Analysis Summary". The report does not include planned fixed fee information. 

Note that the accelerator reports are intended to be used as samples or templates to be customized as required according to customer requirements.
