When a user attempts to export to Excel from the project worksheet, the system terminates the user's Changepoint session.

REASON
Automatic prompting for file downloads was not enabled in IE Security Setup

RESOLUTION
From IE perform the following:
1:Click Tools
2:Click Internet Options
3:Click the Security tab
4:Click Custom level
5:In Internet Explorer Security setup, please enable the option 'Automatic prompting for file downloads'.
