Task Assignments are populated in the Project Budget, even when the Cancel button is selected

QUESTION:
We created a task, associated it with the fixed fee and then created a budget. When we selected the “Populate Task Assignments” button, a message box pops up, asking if we want to continue, warning that the link between task assignments and fixed fees will be lost.
We noticed clicking on Cancel or OK does not differ: even if we select Cancel on this message, the services tab still gets populated.

ANSWER:
This is working as designed. When you click on “Populate Task Assignments from Project” it will display the alert message.
By pressing “OK”, it will populate associated task assignment with and without fixed fee.
By pressing “Cancel”, if here is a fixed fee associated, it will not populate task assignments but it will populate the task assignments without any associated fixed fee.

Example: For AA Billable Project 1, there are three Tasks
AA Billable Task 1- fixed fee not associated
AA Billable Task 2 - FF $Amt- fixed fee associated
AA Billable Task 2 - F PPC - fixed fee associated
When you go to Services tab and select Populate Task Assignments button.
A message box pops up.
If you click cancel, the services tab still gets populated because there is a one task available without fixed fee(AA Billable Task 1) and list is populated for this task, you can see task name in a populated list, attached screenshot 4 but it’s not populated for AA Billable Task 2 - FF $Amt, AA Billable Task 2 - F PPC
