When is the cached data in the mobile app refreshed?

While you are signed into the app, the cache is not updated automatically for performance reasons.

If you notice that some data is missing in the mobile app, for example, after new tasks are assigned to a resource, the tasks are not available in the time sheet, you can force an updated of the mobile app cache by doing any of the following:

  • sign into the app
  • go to "Settings" and then selecting "Refresh application data"
  • on some pages, such as the task list for entering time, you can reload the task list by swiping down on the page
