User action menu shows 'edit engagement' when the user doesn't have the required feature

SYMPTOMS

Users without the feature to edit engagements have 'edit' in the engagement actions menu. Isn't this a violation of the security features?


ANSWER

When the user selects this options, a dialog box will open and inform the user that he has no right to edit the engagement. So there is no violation of the security access checks.

The intended behavior is to have the edit engagement window open in read only mode, so that a user without edit access can still see the engagement data, but not change and save it. This will be fixed in a future release.
