Copy Engagement function does not always copy the options in Projected Resources tab

Symptoms:
When copying a template engagement, the option "Override task restriction" that is selected on the template is not copied to the new engagement.

Reason:
The user copying the engagement is not a Resource Manager therefore does not have the right to set the options in Projected Resources tab. This behavior was introduced in CP2012.

Resolution:
The change in copy behavior is intended: it will not be possible for a user to copy these options in the Projected Resources section anymore, if the user does not have the right to change these options on the engagement.

If these options need to be set, then the Resource Manager of the engagement's staffing workgroup needs to copy the engagement, or edit the engagement as needed after it has been copied by another user who is not a Resource Manager.

Resource Manager must have “Access Projected Resources” feature to access Projected Resources tab.
