What fields are tracked in "Resource history" and how do we access that information?

The following resource fields are tracked:

  • Job Title
  • Billing and Cost Rates
  • primary function
  • Workgroup
  • Reports to
  • Time Approver
  • Expense Approver
  • Security Access Roles and Features – if the tracking option is enabled in Changepoint Administration>Resources>Security Access Tracking
  • Configurable fields for which History Tracking is enabled

To view the resource history:

  1. Access the resource in User Setup.
  2. Click "View Resource History".
  3. Click Actions and then select the filter options to view the corresponding information.
