How to change browser title bar to make distinction between Test and Production environment?

We would like to show the name of the Changepoint environment (Prod Test, Dev, ...) in the browser title bar. We have changed the text in the 'registration' database table, but Changepoint does not pick up the new name.

This can be changed in system manager / user interface / Page content string. Please change the String 99262 to the required value.
