Email Template issue after upgrading v2012

Symptoms

This is preventing selection of the Templates when constructing the associated Email Notifications.

Resolution

The ‘entity type’ is only available for a new template. The existing ones (before V2012) are the old trigger-based ones and cannot be changed.
