What is AgilePlace's Data Backup Policy?

Data retention is extremely important to us. To ensure that your data is available even if a disaster occurs, we do all of the following:

1. Create transaction log backups every 30 minutes
2. Create differential backups every 4 hours
3. Perform full backups every 24 hours
4. Backup files are copied to a different physical location nightly and retained for 6 months.

Some users, in order to gain an additional level of comfort, export their card data on a regular basis. You can do this by accessing the Export function in the Admin options of a Board. At any point, you can import this data into a new board.
