Upgrade Your AgilePlace Account

If you are the Account Owner of your AgilePlace account you can upgrade your account from AgilePlace for Teams to AgilePlace for Scaled teams directly from within your AgilePlace account. To learn more about our editions offerings, check out our Compare Editions page

To upgrade your edition of AgilePlace, click on the three gears icon in the top right of the screen.

This will take you into the Account Details section. You will then see a button that says Modify Subscription.

Once you click Modify Subscription you will be able to choose AgilePlace for Scaled Teams from the dropdown. At this point you will also be able to increase your license count.

           

NOTE

To decrease the number of user licenses for the AgilePlace account, the Account Owner should submit a request to support@leankit.com and we will adjust the number of licenses and and make sure your billing is updated to match.

Click OK once you have made your adjustments, and you will then be able to confirm your changes.

Upgrade your Account to Enterprise Edition

To upgrade your AgilePlace account from a AgilePlace for Teams or AgilePlace for Scaled Teams edition account to a AgilePlace for the Enterprise edition account, email sales@leankit.com with your upgrade request.

           

NOTE

You must be the Account Owner for this request to be accepted.
