Partner Licenses

Partners may request licenses for Planview solutions for education, test, and demonstration purposes. For internal use within your business, please contact your partner manager or partners@planview.com with details for your request.

The Planview Solutions that partner licenses are available for are:

• Planview Portfolios
• Planview AdaptiveWork
• Planview AgilePlace
• Planview ProjectPlace
• Planview IdeaPlace
• Planview Hub
• Planview Viz

Partners can apply for a Free Trial of AgilePlace, and convert it to a Partner Instance. Follow the instructions below:

1. Go to: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/agileplace/get-agileplace/
2. Fill out your information and click on the 'Submit' button.
3. Wait for an email with your AgilePlace account URL and login details.

Steps to ask to convert the AgilePlace trial to a Partner Account:

1. Email your Partner Manager or partners@planview.com with your AgilePlace account administrator email, and the AgilePlace account URL.
2. The Partner Manager will arrange for your instance to be converted to a Partner Account.

Partners can apply for a Free Trial of ProjectPlace, and convert it to a Partner Instance. Follow the instructions below:

1. Go to: https://www.planview.com/products-solutions/products/projectplace/enterprise-trial
2. Fill out your information and click on the 'Submit' button.

Steps to ask to convert the ProjectPlace trial to a Partner Account:

1. Email your Partner Manager or partners@planview.com with your ProjectPlace account administrator email
2. The Partner Manager will arrange for your instance to be converted to a Partner Account.
3. Wait for an email with your AgilePlace account URL and login details.

Partners may request a full license for Planview Hub (Ultimate Edition) (ex Planview Tasktop Hub) to run in their test environment for education/demo/test purposes. Partners must run at least two end points in their enviroment for a single integration, and are recommended to connect three or more for the greatest impact in customer demos. Partners can gain access to free licenses for many end-point solutions direct from the vendor, or from other vendors they may have partnerships with for the same purpose and connectivity with Hub.

Planview Hub partner licenses are available in both Cloud and On-Prem versions.

Partners can complete this form https://info.planview.com/partner-_license-request_vsm_en_reg.html for access. Please add notes regarding your partner use, and whether or not this has been approved by your Partner Manager.

Partners can gain access to the Planview Viz (ex Planview Tasktop Viz) Demostack environment, which is a pre-recorded environment that looks and feels just like Planview Viz, but is limited to telling a few customer scenario stories and offers training videos and accompanying slide decks to enable a partner to tell the stories using either the Demostack instance or slideware. Due to the inherent architecture of Planview Viz requiring live data to produce metrics, a real instance of Planview Viz is in most cases not a good fit for partner demos.
