Workflow Notifications
Here you can define notifications that will be sent to selected users when particular status movements occur. These allow all relevant users to be kept fully informed of a project’s progress.
Notifications created here are available for selection at the Workflow Notifications tab for a Project Type. Selected notifications will therefore apply for all projects of that type.
Existing notifications are listed and you can click:
•Add to create another one
•for a listed notification, 
then:
o Open to edit the entry
o Delete to clear the notification.
