To Run a tracert please follow the steps below:

1. On your computer click on the start menu

2. Search for ‘CMD’ 

3. Click on ‘Command Prompt’:

4. In the command prompt screen enter the following URL:

tracert keyedinenterprise.com

5. Hit Enter on your keyboard

6. This will start to run a tracert

7. Once the tracert has completed then please copy and paste the results to a support ticket.
