Planview UX Research Lab
UX research studies help us learn directly from you about your pain points, to develop features that best meet the needs of you and your teams. And, you get to check out the latest features being considered for our products — give feedback and help us shape the next iteration of the Planview platform.
Survey types:
- Survey — no more than 15 questions related to the product and topic being studied; nothing is recorded beyond your typed answers to each question and can be completed from any device with a web browser
- Unmoderated — a recorded session in which you respond to a series of questions and/or actions related to the product and topic being studied (this may include clicking through a prototype or using a demo instance of the product); you will be asked to voice your comments and responses throughout the study, while your screen and voice are recorded for review by our researchers; requires desktop or laptop computer
