Welcome to the Planview Customer Success Center! The Planview Customer Success Center is the one place to look for product documentation, how-to content, e-learning, best practices, FAQs, analytics, and more about any Planview product, including Planview Enterprise, Troux, and Projectplace. You can access the Planview Customer Success center from the planview.com website, from product help within Planview Enterprise (11.5 and later) or Troux (9.5 and later), or by going directly to success.planview.com.
You may access some of the content without signing in, but to see most of the information you will need to sign in. As a Planview customer your company has already been added to the Success Center. Now all you need to do is to create your user account on the site by going to https://successauth.planview.com/login and clicking on the "Don't have an account? Register here" link. You will need to enter your email address, phone number, name, and a password, the pressing the Register button. If your company success center administrator has already created an account for you then they will have provided you with login credentials and you can bypass creating your own account.
After you have signed in you might look at this page to get some tips on using the Customer Success Center. We hope that you find lots of useful information in the Planview Customer Success Center.
