We have Enterprise, Planview Leankit. Do we have access to the finance tracking / reporting options? Not sure how to access that. We'd like to track cost within the cards and be able to run a report on that cost if possible. Thanks! Hi! If you are referring to the Agile Costing capability between Enterprise One and LeanKit, then yes, you have access to that capability. Is Financial Planning still a popup window? Doesn't look like it in the screenshot. Selecting the 'Financial Detail' action from the men is is still a popup, however we do have that on our near-term list to standardize the menu action.  The current intent is to have the option to open in the current page or in a new tab.
There is a column set undo button in Work Portfolio View. What exactly does it undo? I must have missed when it was introduced. After creating a tile using the 'Analyze' button, there is a revert button next to the column set.  When selected, the column set selected when creating the tile is reselected. 
Ability to remove existing role from resources. This is being fixed in May or not ? This issue has been fixed and released in the April 2022 release
When will custom field show on in app reporting or card exports without reliance on API This is something that we are interested in supporting but don’t have any work planned for it right now
Also, are you working on the ability to report on those custom fields? We would like to see those reportable if possible. Thanks! It is currently possible to report on custom fields using the “Custom Fields” reporting data extract. Supporting custom fields in our in-app reports and board extracts is something that we are interested in supporting but don’t have any work planned for it right now
Where is that data extract located for the custom fields? I'm not seeing it. On the LeanKit homescreen in the top-right corner is a arrow icon, to the left of the search icon. Clicking on that icon will give you an option to click on the “Reporting Data Extract”
ProjectPlace: does the web application handle Office365 Sharepoint files in the same way as the mobile app: links added to cards? Or are the behavior different between the mobile app and the web app? Yes, the behaviour of the integration is the same on mobile and the web app(s)
Any chance of being able to copy the results of data retrieved in the grid from dataset management? Currently it's not possible to select the text, which means you have to use developer tools to inspect the HTML! Dataset management screen and its grid is mostly for Dataset creation and testing with that said it's not thought to use it as export-data type of functionality. Other options would be a custom tile or a custom report via PowerBi

What is in scope for the PowerBI outage in May 20th?  Is it version update?  May 2021 will be out of support soon. The scope for the Update is not a version update. It includes the styling changes to the parameters panel and the new version of the Execution Data Report
In PowerBI with PRM and ProjectPlace integration: is there a plan to have a link (e.g. a 1-1 relation) between PRM resource and Action Item responsible/contributor as standard in the data model? Nothing on the short term roadmap but definitely an interesting use case here. We'd love to hear back more details and maybe you can submit this as an enhancement request and provide additional details?
